The Dartmouth College Alumni Relations Office is committed
to protecting the personal information and respecting the
privacy of all visitors to our site. You can visit this web
site without telling us who you are or revealing information

Use of Alumni Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information concerning alumni and

address, and telephone number, is used by Alumni Relations
solely for official Dartmouth College business. Alumni Relations
does not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose personally
identifiable information except to organizations engaged
to provide services to or engage in authorized activities
on behalf of Alumni Relations. For example, Alumni Relations
has made alumni email addresses available to MBNA America
Bank, N.A. (“MBNA”) for the purpose of distributing
information to alumni concerning the Dartmouth / MBNA affinity
card. Similarly, Alumni Relations provides alumni email addresses
to Publishing Concepts LP for the purpose of distributing
the “Speaking of Dartmouth” online newsletter.
In all such instances, the outside organization, by contract,
is prohibited from using the personally identifiable information
for any purpose other than the authorized Dartmouth activity
and is required to keep such information confidential.
Alumni and other users may, at any time, elect not to have
their personally identifiable information used by Alumni
Relations for any purpose or for specified purposes such
as the MBNA affinity card project or the “Speaking
of Dartmouth” online newsletter.
E-Mail Communications
We may occasionally send you marketing or promotional email
messages to inform you of new services and/or product
announcements. In each email message we send, we will always
provide you
with the ability to unsubscribe, or otherwise opt-out,
of these communications. Please follow the instructions

in those messages for opting-out of this marketing service
