The Head Tax will cover cocktails & dinner on Sunday & Wednesday and cocktails only on Monday & Tuesday. Dependent upon the number attending it should be less than $100 per head. The other events will be a la carte.

Please print and return the accompanying questionnaire on your prospects for attendance ASAP, and the events in which you are interested. or 631-283-7210. There will be periodic updates for those planning to attend including the cost of each event. Don Goss and the class website will also keep you posted, but NOW is the time to make your reservations and plan your trip.
